We will email you a tracking number, usually 1-3 days after your order has been placed. 

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

You can change the shipping address if the order isn't shipped yet. Also, we will accept modifications related to the color and size of items if you place the request within 24 hours after you’ve placed the order. You can add new items to the existing order within 24 hours after you’ve placed it.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once you’ve placed your order, we receive it immediately to minimize the manufacturing time. We will cancel the order free of charge if the customer requests the cancellation within 24 hours after they’ve placed the order. To cancel the order, please contact us.

Nightly Wish doesn’t accept cancellations requested after the order was shipped.

Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
